Key Responsibilities- Service Management: Oversee the management of services, ensuring quality, compliance, outcomes, staffing, safety, service delivery, and financial performance.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to establish a behavioral health system across the region and supervise behavioral health options.
- Communication and Liaison: Act as the primary contact between the Senior VP, Vice President, and state Program Directors.
- Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Licensure: Independent clinical licensure in LICSW, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (Massachusetts).
- Experience: Minimum five years of experience in managing behavioral health operations.
- Skills: Knowledge of administration, financial management, strategic planning, client care, quality assessment, and more. Familiarity with CBHI regulations.
- Personal Qualities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), and understanding of community needs in Massachusetts.
- Compensation: Full-Time, Salary.
