Job Description

Missoula Bone & Joint LLC is seeking a highly skilled Employment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to support our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for all positions within the organization
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
