Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Human Resources to join our team at i4 Search Group Healthcare. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Leadership and Policy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies related to compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training.
  • Labor Relations and Compliance: Oversee contract negotiations, labor agreements, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Employee Relations and Development: Enhance employee engagement, reduce turnover, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve employee relations and overall organizational capability.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to resolve internal customer issues and improve the employee experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of HR experience in a leadership role.
  • Union experience.
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP, preferred.
  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Master's degree, preferred.
