We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Cafe Rio. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Proof of valid driver's license.
  • Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand for 8 plus hours.
  • 2 or more years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry managing a team of 15 or more employees at a time.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with diverse employees.
