Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive program growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation program, including staff supervision and performance management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and effective communication
  • Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial planning
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting, preferably in acute rehabilitation
  • Strong business, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
