Key Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations and providing essential support.
- Supervise office personnel and external vendors.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and furnishings, including procurement and upkeep.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events, including travel arrangements for staff as needed.
- Assist with human resource activities, such as onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll and benefits processes.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense report management.
- Collaborate with IT support for technology management and troubleshooting.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal standards.
- Develop and implement office procedures and administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications, fostering professional relationships.
