Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations and providing essential support.
  • Supervise office personnel and external vendors.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and furnishings, including procurement and upkeep.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events, including travel arrangements for staff as needed.
  • Assist with human resource activities, such as onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll and benefits processes.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense report management.
  • Collaborate with IT support for technology management and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal standards.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications, fostering professional relationships.
