Position Summary

As a Guest Services Attendant, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming and guiding guests throughout their stay. Your duties will include opening doors and assisting guests as they arrive and depart. You will inform guests about the amenities, services, and hours of operation available at the property, as well as local attractions and activities.

Your role will involve explaining room features to guests, such as the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes. You will also transport luggage to and from guest rooms and assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Additionally, you will help guests with their vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage, and provide directions as needed.

It is essential to follow all company policies and procedures, report any accidents or unsafe conditions to management, and maintain a professional appearance at all times. You will need to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
