As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the front desk operations, ensuring a seamless registration and checkout experience for our guests.

  • Manage safety deposit box access and post additional charges as needed.
  • Maintain front desk equipment and ensure adequate supplies are available.

Attendance and Compliance:

Regular attendance is essential for this role. Employees must adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Supportive Functions:

This position may also involve maintaining logs of guest interactions and following up on unresolved issues, ensuring a high level of service is consistently delivered.

Qualifications:
