Position Overview:
We are seeking two full-time Financial Service Coordinators I-III to provide essential financial counseling and coaching services. This role is integral to our SparkPoint Oakland program, which offers free financial and career coaching to low- to middle-income individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized financial counseling and coaching services, adhering to the United Way Bay Area's financial coaching model.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to track their progress towards financial goals.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations related to financial services.
- Support clients in accessing credit-enhancing financial products and services.
- Uphold confidentiality standards and provide exceptional customer service.

Program Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate financial coaching programs in collaboration with community partners.
- Track client participation in various financial initiatives and maintain accurate data records.
- Contribute to program planning and evaluation, ensuring timely reporting on client progress and program outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Experience in financial or social service delivery, with a preference for skills in asset building and credit management.
- A minimum of a high school diploma/GED, with relevant coursework preferred.
- Strong communication skills and cultural competency in working with diverse communities.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform tasks requiring simple grasping and fine manipulation, including extended periods of sitting and computer use.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
