Lead Executive Assistant, Prime Video Sports

About the Role: The Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios team is seeking a Lead Executive Assistant to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. This position is designed to provide comprehensive support to the VP, Head of Sports & Ads at Prime Video.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee intricate calendar management and scheduling to facilitate operations across various locations.
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Handle expense report preparation and submission.
- Organize and assist with team initiatives, including staff meeting agendas, town hall gatherings, off-site events, and team-building activities.
- Monitor and drive the completion of essential deliverables while following up on pending items.
- Act as a point of contact for the VP's direct reports.
- Manage the team’s office environment, including relocations and reconfigurations.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team, recruitment, and fellow Executive Assistants to enhance organizational support.
- Assist in drafting, editing, and preparing documents.
- Plan and implement morale-boosting and team-building traditions to cultivate a robust organizational culture.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as an executive assistant.
- Proven experience in coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Expertise in managing calendars for C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in team management.
- Background in a matrixed organizational structure.

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the labor market across various US regions. The base salary for this role ranges from $79,000 to $176,000, depending on market location and individual qualifications. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
