Role Overview
We are looking for a Media Manager to spearhead our integrated media strategy, planning, and execution for Prime Video. Your primary responsibility will be to drive innovative and impactful media campaigns for Amazon Original Series and Movies, utilizing a diverse array of channels such as television, digital platforms, social media, and out-of-home advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic liaison between creative marketing teams and media agencies to formulate effective and comprehensive paid media strategies grounded in audience insights.
- Develop a data-driven understanding of audience opportunities and align priorities with internal stakeholders.
- Establish media objectives and KPIs, crafting strategies to achieve and assess them, while adapting to changing conditions.
- Create compelling storytelling materials that articulate audience-focused media strategies and confidently present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Design test-and-learn initiatives to continuously enhance media performance.
- Oversee budgets and timelines for media initiatives.
- Generate forecasts and performance reports to monitor key media metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct pre-launch and post-buy performance evaluations to ensure the integrity and efficiency of media plans.
- Engage directly with networks and partners to inspire and develop innovative advertising programs.
- Identify and assess strategic media opportunities, serving as a thought leader on novel ways to connect with our audience.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications include:
- A minimum of 4 years of professional marketing experience.
- Proven experience in building and optimizing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to leverage data and metrics for continuous improvement.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience.
