Subscribers can immerse themselves in their favorite stories through various channels: reading the book, enjoying the soundtrack, purchasing costumes, and reliving live sports.
Your Role
We are in search of a driven and results-focused Senior Brand Marketing Manager. This role requires a passion for executing marketing initiatives across all consumer and internal touchpoints. You will be responsible for steering marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing engagement with Prime Video subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and oversee 360-degree marketing plans for Prime Video initiatives, including crafting marketing briefs and final GTM summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success by maintaining a unified perspective and adherence to project briefs.
- Generate innovative ideas and bring creative concepts to fruition across diverse media platforms.
- Analyze marketing performance and audience insights to derive actionable insights that enhance performance over time.
- Present GTM strategies to leadership.
- Partner with various Amazon creative marketing teams (e.g., Sports, Prime, Originals) to create synergistic campaigns that engage customers and drive streaming activity.
- Foster positive relationships with relevant agencies and global stakeholders.
- Provide clear and concise direction to both internal and external partners.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, translating complex strategies into compelling marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Basic:
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience
- Proven track record in building and executing cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Ability to align large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Strong understanding of brand marketing principles and customer engagement strategies
Preferred:
- Experience with marketing optimization and experimentation
- Familiarity with executing large-scale marketing campaigns via email or social media
- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data analysis
- Expertise in developing effective marketing briefs that guide cross-functional teams.
