Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Media Manager to spearhead integrated media strategy, planning, and purchasing for Prime Video. Your primary responsibility will be to drive innovative and impactful media campaigns for Amazon Original Series and Movies. This includes developing and executing strategies across a diverse array of channels, such as television, digital, social media, and out-of-home advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic liaison between creative marketing teams and media agencies to craft effective and comprehensive paid media strategies based on audience insights.
- Utilize data to identify audience opportunities and prioritize media efforts, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Establish media objectives and KPIs, devising strategies to meet and evaluate them while adapting to evolving circumstances.
- Create compelling storytelling materials that detail audience-focused media strategies and confidently present recommendations to senior leadership and talent.
- Design test-and-learn scenarios to foster innovation and enhance media performance.
- Oversee budgets and timelines for media initiatives.
- Generate forecasts and performance reports to track key media metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct pre-launch and post-buy performance audits to ensure the integrity and efficiency of media plans.
- Engage directly with networks, affiliates, and partners to inspire and develop new advertising programs and secure premium media placements.
- Identify and assess strategic media opportunities, acting as a thought leader on innovative methods to connect with our audience.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional marketing experience, excluding internships.
- Proven experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and metrics for continuous improvement.
- Experience in communicating results effectively to senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional marketing experience, excluding internships.
- Experience working within a fast-paced and geographically diverse organization.
