Role Summary: The Senior Business Analyst (Argo Teller21) should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide a cross-functional team in enhancing application functionalities and business workflows.
  • Deliver Business Analysis and Project/Product support for the development, improvement, quality assessment, and ongoing maintenance of the relevant lines of business (LOBs).
  • Leverage industry trends to shape requirements for new application features and enhancements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Identify user business needs, propose potential solutions, and convert business requirements into suitable formats, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Maintain requirements documentation in standard formats and repositories, ensuring traceability between scope, features, and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with users, vendors, and development teams to provide optimal technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Act as a liaison to clarify development and testing team queries regarding intended functionalities and user stories.
  • Contribute significantly to the design process to ensure alignment with business requirements and an enhanced user experience.
  • Gather requirements for complex systems across multiple stakeholders and apply the SDLC to deliverables.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, considering various user scenarios and risks.
  • Utilize business expertise to support objectives and align with the strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialists to develop project testing strategies.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure application quality and user satisfaction.
  • Advise on security, risk management, and IT process principles, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Work effectively with security and risk teams to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Engage actively in Agile squad ceremonies, applying Agile principles and tools (Confluence, JIRA).
  • Lead efforts in the BA Center of Excellence to enhance requirements analysis and management practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Business System Analysis or related IT roles.
  • At least 3 years of operational experience as a Teller using the Argo Teller21 platform or equivalent exposure to retail branch Teller operations.
  • Familiarity with check processing and GL reconciliation processes for Retail Branches.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand and engage with the software application platforms supported by the team.
  • Capability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
  • Proficient in working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Accountable for tasks and actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience in delivering Business Analysis artifacts like use cases and process flows.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear requirements.
  • Driven to deliver quality outcomes with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in Retail Branch and Teller Operations.
  • Relevant certifications (CBAP, Agile certifications).

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience Requirement: Minimum of 10 years of experience.

Note: This position does not cover relocation expenses and requires candidates to work on a W2 basis.
