Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety, or related fields, or equivalent experience in EHSQ roles within a manufacturing context.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in coordinating EHSQ sustainability initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of EHSQ regulations and standards.
- Experience in deploying digital solutions in manufacturing, including EHSQ management systems and data analytics tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Technical writing proficiency for documentation and training materials.
- Certifications in EHSQ management systems or related fields are advantageous.
