Role Summary: The Senior Business Analyst (Argo Teller21) should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide a cross-functional team in enhancing application functionalities and business workflows.
  • Deliver Business Analysis and Project/Product assistance for the development, improvement, quality evaluation, and ongoing support of relevant business lines.
  • Leverage industry insights to shape requirements for new application features and improvements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Assess user business needs, propose potential solutions, and convert business requirements into suitable formats, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive requirements documentation, ensuring traceability between scope, features, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with users, vendors, and development teams to achieve optimal technical solutions that fulfill business needs.
  • Act as a liaison to clarify requirements for development and testing teams.
  • Contribute significantly to the design process to ensure alignment with business requirements and an enhanced user experience.
  • Gather requirements for complex systems across multiple stakeholders, applying the SDLC to deliverables.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, considering various user scenarios and risks.
  • Utilize business expertise to support objectives and align with the strategic roadmap.
  • Work with Quality Assurance Specialists to formulate project testing strategies.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to guarantee quality in application releases and user satisfaction.
  • Advise on security, risk management, and IT process principles, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Engage effectively with security and risk teams to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and utilize Agile methodologies and tools (Confluence, JIRA).
  • Contribute to the BA Center of Excellence initiatives to enhance requirements analysis and management practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Business System Analysis or related IT roles.
  • At least 3 years of operational experience as a Teller using the Argo Teller21 platform or equivalent exposure to retail branch operations.
  • Familiarity with check processing and GL reconciliation processes for retail branches.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to engage with and understand the software applications supported by the team.
  • Proficient in bridging the gap between business needs and technology.
  • Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Accountable for tasks and responsibilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Experience in agile teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Agile practices and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to create business analysis deliverables such as use cases and process documentation.
  • Skilled in simplifying complex concepts into clear requirements.
  • Driven to deliver high-quality results with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with mainframe and real-time processing technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in retail branch and teller operations.
  • Relevant certifications (CBAP, Agile certifications).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the field.

Relocation: Not covered.

Travel: Not required.
