The Lead Systems Analyst will collaborate with colleagues to design, implement, and sustain both proprietary and third-party software solutions essential for our operational systems.
Responsibilities include:1. Developing, implementing, and maintaining advanced software applications utilized across the organization.
2. Assessing new software and hardware to evaluate their relevance and suitability for our needs.
3. Overseeing and managing the local server infrastructure, including local area networks and wide area networks.
4. Providing training to users on technical aspects and the application of standard software tools.
5. Ensuring security protocols for network access, application access, and user verification.
6. Facilitating backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
Proven experience with software development tools is essential.
