Customer Success Leader

We are seeking an experienced customer success professional to lead our Customer Success team at Perfect Venue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving customer success and achieving high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
About the RoleThis is a leadership position that requires a strategic thinker who can build and mentor a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers. As Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead the Customer Success team
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers
- Set department goals and objectives and track key performance metrics
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 5+ years of experience in customer support, onboarding, and account management at early-stage SaaS startups. You should have a proven track record of driving customer success and achieving high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
