The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Global Customer Experience Leader to lead our Customer Success and Professional Services team as Vice President. Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will own the strategy and delivery of global customer success and professional services. Your goal will be to ensure CLevelCrossing customers achieve success and strong ROI with our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer success, adoption, and renewal.
- Lead a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Solution Architects, and Customer Success Managers.
- Foster collaboration across the organization to identify development and learning opportunities.
- Serve as the senior leader coordinating CLevelCrossing's response to customer escalations.
- Track and report on key team metrics to inform CRO and CEO decision-making.
- Develop frameworks and engagement models that optimize customer success, team staffing, and overall customer engagement.
- 15 years experience in SaaS.
- 10 years leading customer success teams for technical products with mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Leadership experience managing large multinational or global teams.
- Experience implementing and driving usage, adoption, and renewals.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a strong executive presence.
- Strong customer-facing skills, with experience communicating effectively at the executive level.
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
$150,000 - $220,000 per year
