Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Leader to join our global customer success organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of UX consultants in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping customers unlock business value and accelerate their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of UX consultants to achieve ServiceNow business goals and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Responsible for all aspects of employee performance management, including career development, performance reviews, and individual development plans.
  • Build and leverage strategic relationships with OSPs and higher education facilities to source future talent.
About the Location

This role requires the successful candidate to be based in one of our locations: San Diego, CA, Orlando, FL, or Montreal, Canada. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from home or from one of our office locations.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $163,000 - $254,650, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. We also offer health plans, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time away, and family leave programs.
