Customer Success Director

You will build, expand, manage, and maintain end-to-end onboarding and customer success processes. You will own post-sales customer engagement for delivery of Veza use-cases driving high perceived value for initial deployment and expansions. Additionally, you will coach and guide teams through all cycles of the customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, leading metrics, and retention. You will take overall accountability of all account executive relationships and manage customer and team escalations driving high customer NPS.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on professional experience in customer success or consulting, working with technical enterprise customers. They will have managed a team of 4-8 similarly driven CSEs/CSAs and have growth stage experience building and scaling Customer Success teams for enterprise customers. A deep information and identity security background is also required, as well as experience supporting CISOs as your primary customer sponsor. IAM/IGA/PAM background; experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft, SailPoint, Saviynt, Active Directory, and Azure AD is necessary.
The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
