About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Direct Sales team in San Francisco - Bay Area, California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth across our portfolio of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' business needs and solution requirements
  • Gain share of spend across our portfolio of technology solutions, including server, storage, networking, software, security, and services
  • Run territory and/or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, and working with cross-functional resources to ensure alignment
  • Regularly engage with decision-makers at client facilities to perform primary duties
  • Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-12 years of experience selling technology solutions
  • Extraordinary customer management and strategic selling skills
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management
What We Offer

Dell Technologies is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $306,000 - $396,000, which includes base salary and commissions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible and hybrid work culture that allows team members to have the freedom to ideate, be innovative, and drive results their way.
