Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic relationships with C-suite executives across various industries to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, and Success resources, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives and provide expert guidance on how ServiceNow can help achieve their IT roadmap.
  • Identify and leverage key decision-makers to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales, with a proven track record of success in driving new business revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the software industry and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
