Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Sales Professional to drive business growth in rheology methods within the East Region sales team. As a key member, you will be responsible for generating and developing new accounts and effectively managing existing ones.

About the Position

This is an exceptional opportunity to join International Staff Consulting as a Technical Sales Representative in the East Region. You will work closely with clients across PA, NJ, DE, and NY, driving business growth through strategic account management and capital equipment sales. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will develop and present proposals to C-suite executives, production managers, and technicians, ensuring seamless sales experiences.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Acount Management: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, delivering exceptional service and meeting their evolving needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute targeted sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in capital equipment sales, analytical instruments, or rheometers preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation expertise.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in a natural science or engineering.
  • Availability for frequent overnight travel (50-60%).
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and passport.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $87,000 to $98,000 per year, depending on your experience. In addition to a monthly car/mileage reimbursement, full benefits, profit-sharing bonuses, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years, we offer an uncapped commission plan that pays monthly from day one, along with bonuses for meeting and exceeding targets.
