Key Partner Account Manager

The primary objective of this role is to serve as the initial point of contact for our key partners and clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to drive business growth and success.
A crucial aspect of this position is onboarding new partners and clients effectively, leveraging exceptional communication skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences and build strong relationships.
This role would be particularly suited to a potential future leader who can contribute to the growth of our US Partner/Customer Success team as our key clients and partners expand.
Responsibilities:- Manage a diverse portfolio of key reseller partners and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
- Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients in growing their business and reducing operational costs through strategic partnerships and solutions.
- Increase wallet share (orders) through our platform by fostering strong relationships and delivering personalized service.
- Drive incremental revenue by upselling additional solutions, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with clients to maximize the potential of our technology, software, and marketing initiatives.
- Onboard new clients and locations, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer experience.
- Comfortably interact with clients both in-person and virtually, adapting to their needs and preferences.
- Take ownership of the effective and efficient resolution of all customer issues, even when dependent on third-party individuals or teams.
- Manage internal stakeholders to ensure complete business support and alignment.
- A competitive salary: $62,500 per annum.
