West Coast Aerospace Sales Professional

Align Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven West Coast Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, retaining and growing established accounts, and continually hunting, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively drive sales growth by focusing on fasteners, hardware, and components within vertical markets such as Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, and Distribution Industries.
- Retain and grow established accounts by providing exceptional service and support.
- Continually hunt, qualify, and close opportunities using strategic sales processes.
- Utilize CRM system/sales funnel tools to effectively manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Proven sales achiever with a track record of exceeding targets in aerospace or industrial distribution.
- Industry savvy with a deep understanding of the aerospace hardware market and familiarity with key OEMs and industry dynamics.
- Performance analyst skilled in analyzing actual sales versus quotas, with the ability to report on and optimize performance metrics.
- Lead generation specialist with expertise in effective lead generation strategies tailored for the Aerospace and Industrial Distribution sectors.
- Quality standards knowledgeable with familiarity with AS9102/AS9103 series and other relevant quality certifications.
- Travel-ready with a valid passport and/or visa, willing to travel up to 75% and participate in potential international trips.
