Salary
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $66,000 to $110,550 per year, depending on location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education.
Job Description
This role involves acquiring, growing, and developing new and existing accounts within your sales territory. You will leverage specific products, promotions, and programs designed to increase sales and profit for both customers and PepsiCo. Responsibilities include analyzing business trends, identifying growth opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years sales experience with PepsiCo or CPG organization, including account management, sales leadership, and/or category management experiences
- Superior time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
- Strong influencing skills to gain alignment agreement and commitments
- MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
