Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales goals and monitoring sales progress against key targets.
  • Lead customer engagement on the sales floor and provide coaching and feedback to associates around customer engagement.
  • Execute the management of labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and productivity.
