Sales Lead

As a Sales Lead at Kipling, you will play a key role in driving sales and customer engagement in our stores. You will work closely with the Store Manager to execute daily business operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales goals and monitoring sales progress against key targets.
- Lead customer engagement on the sales floor and provide coaching and feedback to associates around customer engagement.
- Execute the management of labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and productivity.
