About the Role:

Motive is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our Enterprise and Strategic business segment. As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Campaigns, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and pipeline development.

You will lead a team of campaign managers to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that target our largest enterprise buyers. Your expertise in account based marketing will be crucial in identifying and targeting high-value accounts, and developing multi-channel marketing plans that drive engagement and conversion.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with sales and revenue operations partners to ensure our marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives. Your analytical skills and ability to distill complex data into actionable insights will be essential in measuring campaign success and optimizing future efforts.

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. If you have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through marketing campaigns, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of campaign managers to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute account based marketing strategies to target high-value accounts
  • Work closely with sales and revenue operations partners to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze campaign data to measure success and optimize future efforts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall marketing experience with at least 6+ years of B2B experience
  • Experience executing account based marketing strategies, with a demonstrated understanding of the ABM funnel, channel targeting and reporting
  • Experience managing complex integrated campaigns that integrate marketing and sales activities
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to create, work and summarize large data sets into clear insights that inform decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders on outcomes & recommendations
