Aerospace Distribution Sales Representative

Are you seeking a challenging role in aerospace sales? At Align Aerospace, we're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, retaining and growing established accounts, and continually hunting, qualifying, and closing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively drive sales growth in the aerospace, defense, industrial, and distribution industries.
- Provide exceptional service and support to existing customers while nurturing and developing new business opportunities.
- Utilize strategic sales processes to drive growth, customer retention, market penetration, and profitability.
- Effectively manage your sales pipeline and ensure accurate follow-ups utilizing CRM systems and sales funnel tools.
- Drive closure for both existing and new business through consistent follow-up activities.
Requirements:
- Proven sales achiever with a track record of exceeding targets in aerospace or industrial distribution.
- Industry savvy with a deep understanding of the aerospace hardware market and familiarity with key OEMs and industry dynamics.
- Performance analyst with the ability to analyze actual sales versus quotas and report on and optimize performance metrics.
- Lead generation specialist with expertise in effective lead generation strategies tailored for the Aerospace and Industrial Distribution sectors.
