We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Marsh McLennan Companies. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing innovative solutions to complex risk-related business issues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management and insurance solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service
- Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance or a related field
- Proven track record of success in business development and account management
- Strong understanding of risk management and insurance principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
