Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to engage clients and prospects.
  • Oversee client relationships to foster organic growth, enhance satisfaction, and ensure profitability.
  • Exhibit expertise in the sales discovery process and present Evertree's unique value proposition.
  • Identify and address sales challenges specific to each prospect.
  • Apply strategic thinking and innovative approaches based on market insights.
  • Collaborate positively with team members, including management and service departments, to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • *** Must possess an active Property & Casualty license***
  • Highly motivated and personable, with a drive for personal and professional growth.
  • A consultative and resourceful approach to client interactions.
  • Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in computer usage, including email and multiple applications.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in selling or servicing personal lines insurance
  • Active insurance license is preferred
