Job OverviewMRC Entertainment seeks an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer.

The ideal candidate will be well-organized and proactive with a desire to learn about the business and operations of a Film and TV company. This role offers exposure to various functions, including Content Strategy & Analysis, FP&A, and Accounting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CFO, including calendar management, phones, and organization
  • Manage meeting preparation, expense processing, and travel coordination
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to facilitate scheduling, meeting notes, and other tasks
  • Demonstrate a curiosity in and willingness to learn about the business and operations of a Film and TV company
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of Executive Assistant experience, college degree preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Adobe Acrobat, and video conferencing applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and operate independently and as part of a team

Hiring Salary Range is estimated at $21-$22/hour based on market demands, experience/training, and education. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors.
