Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator with strong Finance & Accounting expertise to join Omega Environmental Technologies. This role will provide high-level administrative support for the CEO, focusing on banking and payroll management, communication with international suppliers, and email response.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative assistance to the CEO, handling daily tasks and projects
  • Manage company finances, including banking and payroll activities
  • Cultivate relationships with local and international suppliers
  • Review and respond to the CEO's daily emails in a timely manner
  • Maintain open communication with international customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant with a strong background in accounting and finance
  • Experience working with international shipping and forwarding companies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
