Executive Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator with strong Finance & Accounting expertise to join Omega Environmental Technologies. This role will provide high-level administrative support for the CEO, focusing on banking and payroll management, communication with international suppliers, and email response.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative assistance to the CEO, handling daily tasks and projects
- Manage company finances, including banking and payroll activities
- Cultivate relationships with local and international suppliers
- Review and respond to the CEO's daily emails in a timely manner
- Maintain open communication with international customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant with a strong background in accounting and finance
- Experience working with international shipping and forwarding companies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
