About the Role

Omega Environmental Technologies is a leading manufacturer of air conditioning and control systems with a global presence. We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Operations Coordinator to join our team and provide high-level administrative support to our CEO.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a range of administrative tasks, including banking and payroll, as well as communications with local and international suppliers. They will also be required to review and respond to daily email communications of the CEO and communicate with international customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
  • Handle banking and payroll tasks
  • Communicate with local and international suppliers
  • Review and respond to daily email communications of the CEO
  • Communicate with international customers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant
  • Strong skills in accounting and finance
  • Experience with international shipping and forwarding (desired)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
