Job Summary
Omega Environmental Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for our CEO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling the administrative needs of the CEO, including banking and payroll, communications with local and international suppliers, reviewing daily email communications, and responding accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage banking and payroll tasks
  • Communicate effectively with local and international suppliers
  • Review and respond to daily email communications
  • Build strong relationships with international customers

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant with a strong background in finance and accounting
  • Experience working with international shipping and forwarding
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail and fluency in English and Spanish

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
