We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to spearhead our onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into our team.

About the Opportunity

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all new hire paperwork, including compliance duties and ADP platform support.
  • A key aspect of this role is coordinating pre-employment drug screens and background checks, as well as supporting timekeeping and payroll processing.

Responsibilities of the HR Manager

  1. Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and compliance requirements.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of new hires into our organization.
  3. Provide exceptional support to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing ADP platform to streamline payroll and timekeeping functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in human resources or a related field, with expertise in onboarding and compliance.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ADP platform is advantageous, but not essential.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
