Local Investment Company Seeks HR Leader
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to spearhead our onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into our team.
About the Opportunity
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all new hire paperwork, including compliance duties and ADP platform support.
- A key aspect of this role is coordinating pre-employment drug screens and background checks, as well as supporting timekeeping and payroll processing.
Responsibilities of the HR Manager
- Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of paperwork and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of new hires into our organization.
- Provide exceptional support to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing ADP platform to streamline payroll and timekeeping functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in human resources or a related field, with expertise in onboarding and compliance.
- Proven ability to work independently, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ADP platform is advantageous, but not essential.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
