About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Army Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support that affects Soldiers' overall welfare and well-being while assisting leaders with keeping Soldiers combat-ready and effective.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist on all human resource support matters">
  • Oversight of all strength management and strength distribution actions">
  • Responsible for the readiness, health and welfare of all Soldiers">
  • Postal and personnel accountability support">
  • Maintain emergency notification data">

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to complete Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training, as well as have a strong understanding of human resource systems. You will also need to meet the Army's height and weight standards.

Training and Development: As an Army Human Resources Specialist, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, including airborne or air assault school. This will enable you to develop your skills and knowledge in postal operations and other areas relevant to the role.

About the Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
