Overview

As a Senior Compensation & HRIS Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the hospital's compensation programs and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merit budget processing and monthly audits of related data
  • Troubleshooting and researching issues related to WorkDay merit processing
  • Developing and implementing employee compensation structures
  • Communicating with managers and recruiters regarding compensation policy
  • Conducting analysis on internal and external salary statistics
  • Developing complex reports and queries for HR customers and NCH leaders
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field

Three years minimum of human resources or compensation experience, preferably in a health care setting

A competitive estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development
