We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Lovisa. In this role, you will be responsible for leading hiring initiatives and handling general HR functions in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse positions, utilizing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct job fairs and hiring events to showcase Lovisa as an employer of choice.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, using a combination of technical and behavioral questions to assess candidate fit.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests, to ensure a safe and reliable workforce.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Maintain job postings across various platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions, leveraging social media and other channels to reach a wider audience.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation programs, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all new employees.
  • Process new hire paperwork and documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files.
  • Manage I-9 verification process, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate training schedules for new employees, providing a comprehensive onboarding experience.
  • Track completion of required certifications, ensuring all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Create and update onboarding materials, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for all new hires.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 0-2 years HR experience, with previous recruitment experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
