Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as the Director of Children and Family Services Lead. This leadership role plays a crucial part in overseeing the programming in the Children, Youth, and Family Services Division and collaborating with other directors on agency-wide systems changes for continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Plan, develop, and oversee coordination of alternative community-based programs for children, youth, and families. Provide general administrative supervision and active leadership for the division, including staff, programs, and systems of supervision and direction.
  • Administrative: Monitor budgets, spending, billing, record keeping, HIM reports for Utilization Management and Review. Ensure cost containment and participate in fundraising events for programs as necessary.
  • Liaison and Networking: Establish ongoing liaison and networking relationships with local, regional, and state entities, including community agencies, state and local governments, and other funding sources.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related counseling field.
  • Licensure: Licensure or on track for licensure in Vermont as a Social Worker, Psychologist, or Mental Health Professional preferred.
  • Experience: Supervisory and management/leadership experience required.
