About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee our school-age childcare program in Bennington, NE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and children during program activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
  • Work closely with the Site Director to plan, implement, and manage daily program operations.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain a clean, organized facility.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff, promoting a positive team atmosphere and effective communication.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and children through open and respectful communication.
  • Assist with behavior management, incident reports, and ensure program goals are met.
Requirements
  • 19 years or older
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in group activities for school-aged children
  • Ability to supervise children and staff in various settings
  • Reliable transportation to Bennington, NE
  • Completion of Nebraska Child Abuse & Neglect Registry, Nebraska Adult Abuse Central Registry, and background check

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $18.00 - $18.50 per hour, based on location and experience.
