The Dartmouth Health team is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Women's and Children's Services department. This role presents an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to obstetric and pediatric patients, working closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, discuss, and communicate care plans for each patient in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team
  • Provide patient and caregiver education to ensure informed decision-making on medication side effects, treatment options, discharge instructions, reportable conditions, and available services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and families

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Prior nursing experience is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Able to obtain a valid Vermont State Registered Nurse license by date of employment
  • Current Health Care Provider (BLS) certification is essential
