About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Same Day Access Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing intake services, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans for adults, youth, and children. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional care and support to those who need it most.

Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, with experience working with diverse populations. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with mental health and substance use issues
  • Licensure or eligibility to pursue licensure in Vermont as a Substance Use Social Worker, Psychologist, or Mental Health Professional
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in typing and navigating Microsoft Windows literacy Email usage

Benefits:
