We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Medical Director to lead our medical team at Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care and overseeing the overall coordination of medical services.

About the Role

This is a Contract position with a 72.5 hour per month commitment. The ideal candidate will have a valid VT license, board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Oversee the delivery of medical care across the facility">
  • Advise leadership on matters affecting resident health and welfare">
  • Review and recommend updates to medical policies and procedures">
  • Communicate medical policies to staff and ensure compliance">
  • Participate in Quality Assurance Committees">
  • Engage in employee health monitoring and coordinate care for work-related injuries">
  • Develop and lead training programs for nursing and related staff">
  • Ensure medical care complies with state and federal regulations">
  • Manage credentialing process for medical staff and providers">

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $$210,000 - $300,000, depending on experience.
