Healthcare Professional for Women's and Children's Services

The D-H Lebanon-MHMH hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its team in providing exceptional care to obstetric and pediatric patients. As a key member of the healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, discussing, and communicating personalized care plans for each patient.
In collaboration with physicians, providers, and other care professionals, the RN for Women's and Children's Services will deliver comprehensive nursing care that prioritizes patient comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate patients and their caregivers on medication side effects, treatment options, discharge instructions, reportable conditions, and available services.
To excel in this challenging yet rewarding position, applicants must have a strong educational background in nursing, preferably with a BSN degree. Prior nursing experience and certification in Health Care Provider (BLS) are highly valued assets. A valid Vermont State Registered Nurse license is mandatory by the date of employment.
This full-time night shift role offers an attractive compensation package, including a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in the area. In addition to a generous base salary, the hospital provides various benefits, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, and clinical advancement programs, to support the professional growth and development of its employees.
