The OpportunityWe're seeking a seasoned sales professional with a talent for solving complex challenges and building lasting relationships with key decision-makers. In this role, you'll manage medium to large accounts, exceeding sales targets while serving as a trusted advisor to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Promote molecular diagnostic testing, including infectious disease, respiratory, and transplantation.
- Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives in targeted accounts.
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
- Generate demand and maximize product awareness through education and information sharing with customers.
- Implement strategic initiatives to facilitate sales process and productivity.
- Work with internal colleagues to share information and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years relevant sales or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership abilities, negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment and strategic planning skills.
This is a field-based position with a territory covering Seattle, Washington, and Alaska. Ideal candidates should reside in Seattle, Washington.
The expected salary range for this position is $95,000 - $177,000, based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation and qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
