Job Title: Account Executive

At MES Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in the Pacific Northwest territory. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging new clients, and managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive local, national, and international sales growth
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding our customer base
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our company, actively promoting our services and gathering and exchanging information
  • Represent our company at industry functions, conferences, tradeshows, seminars, meetings, and when necessary, organize and conduct client entertainment
  • Inform clients of updates regarding policy changes, services, and physicians
  • Assist in resolving client concerns related to service and report quality issues in a timely manner
  • Visit physicians as necessary and assist with physician recruiting efforts
  • Evaluate the results of overall sales efforts regularly and report these results to the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Continuously analyze the market and competition and identify external threats and opportunities; adapt sales strategy to changing conditions
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates as directed
  • Attend all sales and marketing meetings as directed
  • When necessary, assist with account collection activity
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of sales or industry experience required
  • Knowledge of claims management relative to liability defense is preferred but not required
  • Must hold a valid state Driver's License
  • 25% of the time is remote
  • 75% of the time will be in the field
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality, while monitoring own work to ensure quality is met
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
  • Demonstrates the ability to problem solve and develop alternative solutions when dealing with client issues or emotional topics
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive team-oriented environment
