Fastly is a leading edge cloud platform that enables businesses to create exceptional digital experiences. As a Senior Account Executive Enterprise, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Western Plains region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to drive new business and logos across multiple verticals, including Commerce, Hightech, Fintech, and Education.
  • Prospect and engage with key stakeholders at the CXO, IT architect, and software developer levels to deliver custom solutions and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to map new accounts, develop account plans, and penetrate new logos and additional business units in large complex organizations.
  • Effectively communicate the Fastly value proposition and deliver presentations to identify prospect issues, recognize requirements, and articulate potential solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle, including negotiation, path to closure, and account management, to meet or exceed quota goals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of technology-related sales or new business development experience, with a strong background in B2B and SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion in the Western Plains region, with a focus on Enterprise ($1B+ in customer revenue) accounts.
  • Technical sales background, with experience selling to companies in the Western Plains region, including Mexico City.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • BA/BS degree in an Engineering or Business discipline, with a focus on Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
