Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the infrastructure and finance sectors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and collateral that articulate Banyan's value proposition and product
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and feedback, and coordinate cross-functional support to deliver a great sales experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Prior experience working in an early-stage high-growth startup, with a strong network in the infrastructure finance space, renewable energy, or SaaS climate solutions
  • Strong networking skills to generate leads and open doors
  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying, discovery, proposals, contact management, and negotiation across a deal
  • Compelling verbal and written communication and presentation skills to connect with, influence, and persuade both tactical and big-picture thinkers
  • Relationship-building skills and business acumen to quickly build rapport with customers in senior and executive roles of funds and banks
  • Knowledge of software systems to understand customer needs, existing solutions, and Banyan's value proposition
  • Ability to respond to changes in the business, problem-solve, and drive through uncertain situations and ambiguity that come with working in a fast-paced startup
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to identify knowledge gaps, learn quickly, and adapt
